Driver CPC – Issuing of Driver Qualification Cards

Earlier today JAUPT issued an update on the Issuing of Driver Qualification Cards to try and make it clearer for all parties concerned!

In summary, the rules are as follows:

If a driver completes 35 hours of periodic training in advance of their expiry date i.e. anytime before the final year of validity then their new DQC will be issued 90 days before the current card.

If however the driver completes 35 hours of periodic training in the final year of their expiry date then they will receive their DQC immediately.
